We rented a property through this agency for years, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and easy to deal with throughout the entire tenancy. Any maintenance issues were handled promptly, and communication was always clear. All property managers were approachable, honest, and quick to respond whenever we had questions or needed support. It made a big difference knowing we could rely on someone who genuinely cared about both the tenants and the property.

Overall, we had a very positive experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent with confidence and peace of mind.

This is to MAX from darras and Zervas,

I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for all your help and support throughout my time working with you. Your professionalism, dedication, and genuine care made the entire process so much easier, and I truly appreciate everything you did.

Beyond just being a great real estate agent, you’ve been a wonderful person to deal with—always approachable, honest, and willing to go the extra mile. It’s rare to come across someone who not only excels at their job but also genuinely cares about their clients' well-being, and you certainly embody that.

Thank you again for everything. I wish you all the best, both professionally and personally!

Best experience I’ve had as a renter. Silvana and Chris were attentive to emails and repair requests. They were also respectful of our privacy and followed all laws related to inspections. I would recommend this agency to other renters.
